We have had a new name change from Oasis Property Management (Scotland) Limited. We changed as we were receiving a high volume of calls, emails and messages from people, and organisations, who assumed that we were a property letting company, or agency.
We changed our name on 18th August 2011.
We are still the same company, with the same people. We have not closed one company and opened another one in a new name. Our company registration number remains the same, as do our our bank account numbers. The only thing we have changed in the name. To make us easier to locate, and to find, we have named ourselves after our Director and Manager, James Ironside.
We are not a huge, impersonal business. We are a small, family friendly business that works in the local area. We work mainly for the general public, but we also carry out maintenance work on properties for some commercial clients.
We carry out works on many types of projects, from small handyman services, to larger one off projects.
As well as the larger projects, extensions, garage & loft conversions, shed building, garden walls, harling, plastering, and much much more, we regularly carry out smaller projects such as drilling holes and installing tumble drier hoses, brickwork, putting up shelves, fixing doors that don’t close properly, and even broken locks.
